As before, and even more so now during this national state of emergency, the best way to reach us is to call our main line at 818-584-6021. Please leave a message under option 1 and we will return your call as soon as possible. You may also email your requests to Help@c2techs.net. We will continue to operate with normal business hours, and we are available evenings and weekends as needed. Based upon recent developments in the Corona Virus pandemic, we are minimizing technician onsite visits and house calls. We hope you will understand why we feel this is necessary for your safety and ours as well the community. This will not fundamentally change our service to our clients. We will continue to handle the majority of your service requests remotely, as we have been doing for the past 8 years.
Emailing us individually or calling our cell phones may result in unnecessary delays. If your matter is urgent, please state so in your voicemail or email and we will attempt to prioritize your request as such, but please exercise restraint and know that we working hard to make sure everyone is served as quickly and as effectively as possible. We hope you understand that certain high-demand items like laptops will be in short supply, and will likely be difficult to procure as the pandemic extends or worsens in the coming weeks.
